The Opportunity : Marketing Lead / Graphic Designer

We’re currently seeking a versatile and entrepreneurial Marketing Lead / Graphic Designer to bring our brand and property-specific marketing to life across both digital and print platforms.

This is a key creative and strategic role supporting our brokerage, leasing, management, and development teams with high-impact marketing that wins listings, drives deals, and builds brand awareness across the market.

As our Marketing Lead / Graphic Designer, you\'ll be responsible for producing visually compelling and strategically aligned marketing materials for properties, new business pursuits, company-level memos and one-pagers, proposals, and additional company branding initiatives. You’ll work closely with our brokers and producers to ensure every piece of collateral reflects our professional brand and supports business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Production

Design property brochures, flyers, Offering Memorandums (OMs), and site plans.

Create custom pitch decks, proposals, and presentations (often under tight deadlines).

Develop signage, email marketing templates, social media graphics, and other branded collateral.

Assist with website updates and visual content for listings and campaigns.

Coordinate with printers, signage vendors, and digital platforms as needed.

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

Establish and lead the company\'s social media presence across all channels.

Maintain brand consistency and high-quality standards across all internal and external assets.

Support broker teams with ad hoc marketing requests and comprehensive property marketing campaigns.

Assist in company-wide market and investor reports.

Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills

2–4 years of professional design experience, preferably in commercial real estate (CRE) or a related industry (architecture, construction, property management, etc.).

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

A professional portfolio that showcases both branding and property-related marketing work.

Familiarity with CRE terms and marketing materials (e.g., OMs, site plans, stacking plans).

Solid understanding of layout, typography, and print / digital production processes.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with brokers and senior leadership.

Bonus Skills

Experience with PowerPoint and Canva.

Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).

Basic video editing or animation skills.

Working knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.

Photography or photo editing skills.

Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) and Google Ads.

Experience with CRE graphic design in all facets is a strong plus.
