Responsibilities
Coordinate various initiatives that may be continuous improvement projectsPlan and conduct multi-disciplinary workshops in order to create a project team, engage stakeholders and ensure accountability for their deliverablesSupport operations in assisting and resolving manufacturing issuesLead problem solving activities in a multidisciplinary team environmentWrite project mandates and obtain approval from stakeholders and managementAct as a change agent with stakeholders to ensure their leadership of the execution portion of the projectPrepare and present progress reports at governance meetings with the plant management committeeIdentify risks and issues upstream based on conditions that may arise during executionPropose and deploy new ideas to maximize the efficiency of operationsPropose balancing and optimization scenarios for our assembly linesUnderstand the impact of projects on the capacity of the plant\'s areasMap and update team processesQualifications / Skills
Bachelor\'s degree in industrial engineering or other related disciplinesMinimum of 3 years of experience in the fieldAdvanced project management and team leadership skillsGood communication and interpersonal skills at all levelsThorough knowledge of Lean Manufacturing philosophy and principles and ability to apply, explain and transmit them to a work teamAbility to manage priorities and overcome setbacksHigh level of responsibility, initiativeInterest in new trends in continuous improvementExperience in a manufacturing environmentAutonomous and practicalInterest in change managementBilingual (French and English)Mastery of Microsoft Power Platform tools : Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps (asset)Knowledge of manufacturing processes in the aeronautical industry (asset)Benefits
