Community Health Center is looking to hire an Internal Medicine Physician for Canton, Ohio! (1hr from Cleveland)

Base Salary : $235K - $250000.00

Federal Loan Repayment - 25K per year tax free

Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life

PTO - 4 weeks

CME - 5 Days and 3K

Relocation Assistance

Role : Internal Medicine Physician

Location : Canton, OH (1hr from Cleveland)

Monday-Friday - 8 : 00-4 : 30

Outpatient setting typically seeing around 20 patients per day

Primary Care - Sick Visits, Medication Management, Chronic Disease Management, etc

Internal Medicine Physician will be seeing an underserved patient population

Primary Care Physician, Psychiatrist, and Multiple NP's at each site.

Call : 1 : 6 by Phone

EMR : E Clinical Works

Background Profile : Internal Medicine Physician

Board Certified / Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician

Eligible for OH Medical License

J1 and H1B Sponsorship If Necessary
