LHH is seeking a Senior Accountant for a dynamic manufacturing organization located in the Fort Worth area. This role involves overseeing core financial operations including general ledger management, cost accounting, and financial reporting, with a strong emphasis on inventory and production process alignment.

In addition to holding a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, the ideal candidate will bring at least three years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, possess advanced Excel skills, and demonstrate strong analytical and organizational capabilities. A CPA certification is preferred, and familiarity with ERP systems is highly valued. Responsibilities

Oversee general ledger activities, including payroll, accounts payable / receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis to guide strategic decisions.

Conduct cost accounting and margin analysis for manufactured goods, identifying areas for improvement.

Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure accurate valuation.

Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to align financial tracking with production activities.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors during inspections.

Maintain robust internal controls and documentation for all financial transactions.

Provide financial insights to support pricing strategies and vendor negotiations.

Client Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

CPA certification or equivalent is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in ERP systems.

Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical thinking.

Experience with cost accounting and inventory flow in a production setting.

Ability to communicate financial data effectively to non-financial stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Pay Details : $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
