About the role

We're hiring a Physical Therapist for our Monroeville clinic with a primary focus on geriatrics and cardiopulmonary care and a typical outpatient orthopedic mix . You'll also help support a secondary prevention & wellness / lifestyle medicine track.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat older adults and cardiopulmonary patients; manage related orthopedic needs (gait, balance, strength, pain, post-op).
• Build individualized, evidence-based plans of care (graded exercise, endurance training, pacing / breathing strategies, manual therapy as appropriate, education).
• Contribute to prevention & wellness programming (falls risk reduction, activity coaching, HEP adherence, community resources).
• Communicate with patients / families and referring providers; document clearly and on time
• Collaborate with other PTs and clinic staff; participate in case reviews / in-services.
