• Work 40 hours per week from 9 am - 5 pm
• 100% outpatient
• 45-minute appointments; see 6 - 7 patients per day
• Hybrid / remote potential (with 2 days on site)
• Includes medical, life insurance, retirement, malpractice coverage, and CME
• Participate in regular rotation as an on-call clinician after hours
