We are seeking a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our healthcare team in Hagerstown, MD. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our patients. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of our patients.
This is a facility role with multiple clients to serve.
Duties :
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Assist with patient assessments and document findings accurately
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
