As a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending, you will use your knowledge of home lending products to serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the life of the loan. You will adhere to regulatory requirements while marketing and promoting Chase financial products. Job Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts, including centralized mail, media advertising, and other channels.
• Develops strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories and operates within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and the customer's financial needs, goals, and circumstances.

Regulatory and Compliance

This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and the Dodd-Frank / Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Conditions include review of criminal history, credit reports, and NMLS information. Felony convictions within the last seven years may disqualify candidates. Compliance with SAFE Act registration is required, with timely renewal and updates.
