About the job

General Summary : This position is mainly responsible for the maintaining quality standards of slot machines by in-process production, testing finished product, and / or disassembly, and recording the results for both incoming and outgoing orders.

Duties and Responsibilities

Inspect in process production by verifying order specifications, performing hardware and software testing, and communicating required adjustments to the Production Manager.

Approve finished products by confirming specifications and executing required quality tests.

Perform rework as necessary and complete all relevant documentation accurately.

Disassemble incoming slot machines and / or component assemblies as required for inspection or repair.

Assist with the loading and unloading of machines to and from transportation carriers.

Maintain consistent productivity to ensure smooth flow of the production line.

Assist with product assembly based on verbal instructions, written work orders, blueprints, schematics, or visual aids.

Set up and break down workstation daily or as required, ensuring cleanliness, tool organization, charged equipment, and proper disposal of debris.

Communicate work status, concerns, suggested improvements, and potential specification changes to the Production Manager.

Comply with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements at all times.

Maintain confidentiality regarding company operations, products, and employee information.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Physically capable of pushing / pulling up to 150 pounds and lifting / carrying up to 50 pounds over moderate distances.

Excellent manual dexterity, handeye coordination, and normal color vision.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and directions from supervisors or leads.

Strong communication skills to report issues, concerns, and updates effectively.

Team oriented with a collaborative work ethic.

Highly detail oriented and organized in task execution.

Familiarity with basic hand and power tools; experience with diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeter, software loaders) is a plus.

Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, occasional dust, and standing for extended periods.
