Position Overview :

Following a recent promotion within our organization, The Springs Living is seeking a Vice President of Operations to carry forward our mission with vision, purpose, and heart. In this key leadership role, you'll guide our communities and teams toward long-term growth while ensuring exceptional service and care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership & Execution
- Translate organizational vision into actionable, measurable operational results
- Design and implement operational strategies aligned with The Springs Living's long-term goals
- Support long-term planning and collaborate on organizational growth initiatives
- Provide regular updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
- Offer strategic financial insight to support executive-level decision-making
Operational Oversight & Optimization
Oversee daily cross-departmental operations, including logistics and customer serviceDrive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all service linesRecommend and implement systems and workflows to enhance efficiencyPromote consistency and scalability through procedure standardizationReview and enhance operational systems, tools, and technologiesEstablish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to align with organizational goalsEnsure operational scalability by addressing bottlenecks and preparing for expansionFinancial Stewardship & Profitability
Manage budgets, forecasts, and capital allocation to maintain financial healthIdentify cost savings and implement strategies to improve financial performanceLead strategic financial planning and reporting for executive leadershipGrowth & Market Strategy
Identify and evaluate new service lines and partnerships to drive growthLead operational excellence in new community stabilizationBenchmark organizational performance against industry peers to uncover areas for improvementPeople Leadership & Development

Develop and maintain frameworks for enterprise risk identification, mitigation, and reportingEnsure regulatory and safety compliance with industry standards and applicable lawsMonitor policy trends and guide strategic regulatory responsesLead crisis management, emergency preparedness, and business continuity planningStakeholder & Community Engagement
Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholdersRepresent the organization at local and regional levels to advance corporate objectivesAct as liaison between the home office and community operations to ensure execution and quality controlInnovation & Data-Driven Decision Making
Foster innovation in services, technology, and resident experienceLeverage advanced analytics and feedback to inform strategic and operational decisionsQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, or related field (master's preferred)Senior Living experience required (in communities)10+ years of experience in Operational Leadership roles and preferably 5+ years of experience serving as Vice President of Operations in the senior living industryProven success in scaling teams and systems for growthDeep understanding of operational tools, performance metrics, and strategic planningOutstanding leadership, communication, and change-management skillsA passion for service, people, and making a differenceBenefits :
