Job Details

This is a true run-your-own-business type of role. Our Project Managers are given the freedom to operate independently while being supported by an established company infrastructure. You will :

Develop and secure your own projects , building strong relationships with clients and general contractors.

Perform takeoffs and estimates using OST.

Oversee projects from start to finish , including budgeting, scheduling, and field management.

Collaborate with general contractors, architects, and clients to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Manage crews in the field , directing day-to-day operations and resolving issues proactively.

Handle high-level projects , including high-end office buildouts, medical facilities, and data centers .

This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment . There is no hand-holding or training – we expect you to hit the ground running with your drywall, metal framing, and acoustical ceiling expertise.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in commercial interiors (drywall, framing, ceilings) .

Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management .

Comfortable managing large-scale projects with complex scopes.

Skilled at building client relationships and representing the company professionally.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and motivate field crews .
