Clay Cooley Auto Group is seeking an experienced, motivated, and professional Shop Supervisor to assist the management team at our Arlington Collision Center. We are committed to hiring an experienced individual with strong management, mechanical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

This leadership role encompasses the responsibility of supervising installers and overseeing the collision repair process to ensure quality and efficiency.
