Job description

Oaklawn Hospital is seeking an out-patient, adult  Psychiatrist  in Marshall, MI.

DETAILS :

  • Hospital employed position; full time; 36 clinical + 4 admin hours / week + call
  • Out-patient team consists of 2 physicians (this position to be one of them); great support staff of 2 APPs, 10 therapists + site manager
  • Shared In-Patient Psych call (call group size is apx 1 : 5 or 1 : 6)
  • EMR : Athena (clinic), Cerner (hospital)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :

  • Competitive guaranteed base salary for 2 years + other performance bonuses
  • Contract Terms : 2 years, auto-renews thereafter
  • Commencement Bonus / Loan : Paid w / in 5 weeks of start & forgiven over specific time
  • Moving allowance : Reimbursed w / receipts via IRS guidelines
  • Student Debt Allowance : Negotiable
  • PTO : 30 days front loaded every January
  • CME : Annual allowance + Time Away
