Wound Care Medical Assistant

We're looking for a motivated Medical Assistant to join our growing wound care team in Provo someone who's hands-on in the clinic and proactive in reaching out to patients in the community. Wound Care supports the wound care team by providing clinical and outreach support to patients with high-acuity wounds and chronic conditions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in both a clinical and outreach setting, helping patients in person and over the phone to close care gaps and ensure continuity of care.
Essential Job Functions :
Qualifications : Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or equivalent certification preferred. Previous experience in wound care, dermatology, or a high-acuity clinical setting strongly preferred. Comfortable making a high volume of outreach calls and engaging with patients over the phone. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and documentation. EMR experience preferred.
Hours : 8 to 5 PM, Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week.
