Cloud Platform Engineering Director

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Cloud Platform Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the establishment of a Platform Operating Model focused on product-driven delivery and self-service capabilities

Drive cloud transformation initiatives, overseeing the migration of on-premises systems to cloud platforms

Champion automation and DevSecOps practices to enhance cloud platform engineering and developer self-service

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience

A minimum of eight years of experience in leadership roles managing large engineering teams, with at least five years managing leaders

Five+ years of experience in cloud architecture, design, and implementation at scale

Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms, preferably AWS and Azure, and experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools

Demonstrated ability in leading DevSecOps and CI / CD implementations
