Healthcare Organization : The health system was formed in 2013 to create an integrated rural healthcare delivery system with 2 hospitals, multi-specialty care in 30+ service lines and primary care in 10 communities across North Central Washington.

Opportunity : Seeking a Board Eligible or Certified Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join robust team

• Flexible scheduling available
• Full-time = 14 shifts / month
• Hospitalists can expect to work with 8 physicians and 6 APPs on the floor at a time
• Established and effective mentoring program
• Partnership eligible

Compensation : Excellent starting salary range based on candidate's qualifications. Comprehensive benefits package includes medical and dental insurance, 401k matching, sick leave, long-term disability, vacation, relocation reimbursement, and signing bonus. Site eligible for federal, state and internal loan repayment.
