Point 9 Trailside Eatery has been making a name for ourselves in the Andover community over the past three months since we opened, and we’re growing quickly! Located right off the Redbud Trail, we’re looking for experienced Front of House Servers who bring both professionalism and heart to every guest interaction.

What You’ll Do

• Provide thoughtful, tableside service - checking in on guests, taking orders, anticipating needs, and ensuring each guest feels cared for.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, including tableside wine service.
• Handle guest concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area by clearing and resetting tables efficiently.
• Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and the counter team for smooth, coordinated service.
• Restock service stations, polish glassware and utensils, and ensure supplies are ready before and during shifts.
• Follow established service, safety, and cleanliness standards to protect guests and the team.
• Share your knowledge with new team members and help create a positive, cooperative atmosphere.
