Mechanical Assembler & Warehouse Shop Associate
Location : Everett, WA
Job Type : Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire
Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM M-F with ability to work overtime as business permits.

Unit Process Company , a proud member of the Bray International family, is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Assembler / Warehouse Shop Associate to join our growing team in Everett, WA . This position is ideal for candidates who take pride in precision mechanical assembly and can also support general warehouse operations.
You’ll work in a clean, safety-first environment producing high-quality valves, actuators, and accessories that serve customers throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Key Responsibilities
Mechanical Assembly (Primary Focus) :
Assemble industrial valves, actuators, and accessories per work orders and engineering specificationsUse hand tools (including torque wrenches, air impact wrenches) for light mechanical assemblyFollow detailed instructions to ensure consistent product quality and precisionMaintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all safety policies and proceduresParticipate in pressure-testing and quality checks of assembled componentsRead and interpret assembly drawings or electrical wiring diagrams (a plus)Warehouse Duties (Secondary) :
Accurately package and label products for damage-free deliveryLoad trailers and prepare shipments at the end of each shiftReceive and inspect incoming materials and update inventory recordsOperate forklifts and reach trucks (if certified)Assist with general shop duties and organizationRequired Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations and mechanical assemblyHigh school diploma or GED equivalentValid driver's license and permanent U.S. work authorizationAbility to lift up to 50 lbs .Ability to stand for at least 8 hours.Comfortable using hand tools and following detailed instructionsStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and safetyWillingness to work overtime, including Saturdays when neededPreferred Experience (a plus, not required) :
