Key Responsibilities :

Lead financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting for multiple manufacturing sites.

Manage month-end close activities including accruals, journal entries, and variance analysis.

Partner with operations and plant leaders to identify cost savings and optimize capital investments.

Ensure compliance with SOX, GAAP, and internal financial controls.

Champion process improvement, automation, and performance management initiatives.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, with 4+ years of related experience (including 2+ years in a manufacturing environment).

Strong analytical skills with proven experience driving financial performance.

Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
