Job descriptionPhD or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field (current enrollment accepted). Deep subject-matter expertise with the ability to create complex, graduate-level problems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience crafting rigorous questions and solutions. High attention to detail to accurately assess AI capabilities and evaluate peer submissions. Fluency or high proficiency in English. Teach AI to interpret and solve complex accounting reasoning problems. Create challenging prompts designed to reveal areas where the model fails. Build grading rubrics outlining what a strong, correct answer should include. Write full-score answers based on your rubric. Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI-generated responses.
