Job descriptionBoard-Certified Urologist On-Call : Immediate phone / video access for case reviews, ultrasound questions, post-op concerns no more guesswork. Immersion Program : Kickstart your urology education with a series of lectures, resources, and on-site training before your first day of clinic. Right-Size Schedule : Launch at 20 hours / week; as your patient panel grows, so can your hours and compensation. Optional Procedural Pathway : Cystoscopy, hormone pellet insertions, etc. learn if you love hands-on; skip if you d rather stick to clinic. Lead the brand-new Outpatient Urology Clinic inside Highpoint Health Riverview with Ascension Saint Thomas, Carthage, TN Diagnose & manage BPH, kidney stones, UTIs, men s / women s pelvic health, ED, incontinence, and more Coordinate surgical scheduling with VirtuCare surgeons; see post-op patients locally Build relationships with primary-care, OB-GYN, and ER teams you re the community s urology expert Competitive hourly rate + RVU / bonus as volume scales CME stipend & paid training period Malpractice with tail, health / D / V, 401(k) with match Career runway : potential medical directorship as the clinic expands A mission-driven culture obsessed with access for rural & underserved patients Licensed NP (FNP, AGNP, or ACNP) with at least 1 year of clinical practice Eager to specialize; no prior urology experience required Thrive in autonomous settings yet value team input Passionate about bringing big-city care to a local community
