Job descriptionDeliver direct nursing care to patients with psychiatric and behavioral health conditions Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility protocols Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff Active RN license in the state of Texas (or compact license) Minimum of 1 year of recent psychiatric nursing experience preferred BLS certification required; additional behavioral health certifications a plus Strong communication and crisis intervention skills Ability to work independently during overnight hours
