The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. If you're passionate about helping customers, solving problems, and being part of a company that values integrity and teamwork, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

Install residential and light commercial HVAC / R equipment

Start up and commission installed systems

Educate customers on equipment and accessories

Understand and adhere to all local codes

Lead and train team members

Stay up to date on new industry technology and products

Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to ensure proper operation

Complete job-related paperwork accurately and on time

Work collaboratively with team members to solve challenges

Maintain a high standard of safety and job site cleanliness

What We're Looking For

Proven HVAC industry experience (residential and / or light commercial)

5+ years of HVAC installation experience

Universal EPA certification (preferred)

Strong working knowledge of both furnaces and mini-split HVAC systems is essential

Boiler installation experience (preferred)

Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused attitude

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Ability to pass a background check

Ability to work in varying weather conditions and locations and lift up to 75 lbs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
