Maintenance Technician – Night Shift

Location : Downers Grove, Illinois

Pay Rate : $33.00-$38.00 per hour Depending on experience.

Shift : 12-hour Night Shift | 2-2-3 Schedule (Work every other weekend)

Hours : 5 : 45 PM – 6 : 00 AM

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team on the night shift. In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery and industrial equipment, ensuring safe and efficient plant operations. This position is perfect for individuals with strong mechanical and electrical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot production machinery and industrial equipment
• Read schematics, ladder logic, and technical manuals to diagnose issues
• Perform precise measurements and tests to meet operational standards
• Communicate equipment status and maintenance needs clearly with team members
• Follow safety programs including HAACP, GMP, and SQF
