About the Role and Our Team :

The Knot Worldwide is hiring a Lead Data Analyst to drive analytics capabilities across our core Consumer Marketing teams. This is a senior individual contributor role within the Data Science & Analytics organization who will operate with a high degree of autonomy to define metrics, build scalable reporting, and lead analytical investigations that drive clarity, alignment, and impact across Marketing and other key business teams.

In this role, you'll be the primary analytics partner Marketing for a suite of consumer-focused brandsresponsible for ensuring decision-makers have trusted data, clear KPIs, and actionable insights. You'll work closely with data engineers, other analysts, data scientists, and marketing leaders to transform complex performance trends into clear narratives that guide strategy.

Responsibilities

Metrics Definition & Governance

• Develop, document, and maintain clear, consistent metric definitions within a centralized semantic layer.
• Partner with business and data stakeholders to align on KPI logic and ensure consistent usage across reports and dashboards.
• Contribute to processes that ensure metrics are version-controlled, certified, and discoverable.
