Sign-On Bonus : Up to $20,000

A leading healthcare system in South Florida is seeking a Cytotechnologist to join its high-performing laboratory team. This is a full-time, day-shift position based in Southeast Florida, offering a generous bonus and the opportunity to work within one of the region’s most respected hospitals.

Position Highlights :

Analyze gynecologic and non-gynecologic cytology specimens, including FNAs

Process and stain lab specimens

Collaborate with radiology and surgery teams (select locations)

Support a mission-driven, patient-centered culture

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Science

ASCP Certified Cytotechnologist

Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license

3+ years of experience preferred, but all qualified candidates considered

Proficiency in gynecologic cytology a plus
