We are currently seeking a Licensed Contractor – Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction work on behalf of one of our clients, a locally owned business based in Oahu, Hawaii.

Position Overview :

This subcontract position involves managing commercial construction projects for a client located in Oahu. The ideal candidate is a licensed Hawaii contractor with a proven background in commercial work and a strong ability to lead teams, oversee subcontractors, and manage project schedules and budgets.This is a project-based opportunity ideal for contractors looking for steady subcontract work on commercial-only projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Oversight

Lead and manage commercial construction projects from planning through closeout

Maintain project timelines and track deliverables

Serve as the primary point of contact with the client and stakeholders
