Description : The Inventory Specialist will be in a customer-facing role acting as a liaison, providing product information, and resolving any emerging problems that the customer account might face with accuracy and efficiency. Clear communication and analytical skills are essential, especially in troubleshooting.
Responsibilities :
- Tag and register RFID tracked products
- Order and replenish products
- Process on-demand requests
- Manage asset location and upkeep
- Manage customer relationships
- Provide back-order resolution and mitigation
- Perform physical inventory of RFID tracked medical products
- Track missing inventory
- Keep inventory organized, labeled, rotated
- Analyze dashboard data and provide recommendations
- Optimize inventory levels, consolidate, review PAR levels, and rationalize SKUs
- Define and assist in executing projects
- Identify, find, pull, and dispose of expiring and recalled products
- Attend team meetings virtually and in person
- Manage and submit timecards
- Maintain point-of-use location management and upkeep
Qualifications :
High school diploma, associates, or bachelor's degree preferred2-5 years of experience in inventory management, healthcare inventory experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)Customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills requiredMust provide documentation of immunizations and vaccinations upon hire, including Varicella, MMR, Tdap, TB test, Hepatitis B, COVID-19, and Influenza vaccinesAbility to pass drug screen and background checkAdditional Details :
