Position Overview

Client is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Architect with extensive hands-on expertise in designing and architecting IT infrastructure for on-premise environments . The Architect will play a critical role in designing, prototyping, and delivering infrastructure solutions that align with Client's operating procedures, architectural principles, and security / compliance standards. This role involves collaboration across multiple technical teams, mentorship of junior staff, and oversight of infrastructure solutions throughout the full lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop IT infrastructure components, including Compute and Storage .
• Lead system integration, capacity planning, and performance monitoring .
• Implement automation of infrastructure processes for development and operations.
• Build and test prototypes to validate architecture and solution patterns.
• Collaborate with Development, Operations, Compliance, Security, and other cross-functional teams.
• Ensure infrastructure solutions adhere to Client's technical frameworks and standards.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Perform end-to-end testing for non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, reliability).
• Research, evaluate, and integrate emerging tools and technologies .
• Deliver technical recommendations and insights to leadership based on expertise.
• Oversee infrastructure projects from inception to decommissioning (design, implementation, operational turnover, patching / maintenance).
