A company is looking for a Home Equity Loan Closer.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure files and documents meet company, investor, and compliance requirements

Schedule loan closings with borrowers and prepare closing documents

Process a minimum of 3 files per day and coordinate with various departments for closing accuracy

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of TRID guidelines

Experience with conventional, FHA / VA loans is a plus

Familiarity with Encompass is preferred

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
