The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) role is an entry point into our Mars Wrigley sales organization. The position is responsible for achieving sales KPI objectives assigned by Mars Wrigley in a defined geographic territory. TSMs execute company strategies and priorities at the retail level to drive channel and customer GSV. The position requires a high degree of integrity with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in an independent fashion without direct supervision. Individual territory performance is highly visible to the organization and key performance indicators (KPI's) are measured and reported daily to enable the Company to evaluate TSM performance. This is an individual contributor role.

Minimum Qualifications :

• A bachelor's degree, or HS Diploma and equivalent work experience
• Ability to lift 40lbs.
• Able to sit, stand and / or drive for long periods of time, as well as frequently bend, kneel and stoop.
• Ability to walk for a minimum of 6 hours per day.
• Demonstrate ability to work remotely.
• Subject to outside weather conditions and changing climates.
• Ability to travel overnight via air or ground transportation, if required

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
