MetaPhase is seeking a Lead Functional Manager (LFM) to support an U.S. Department of Homeland Security Financial Systems Modernization (FSM) program. This role is integral to a high-impact initiative that will modernize legacy financial, procurement, and asset systems by enabling data readiness for transition to SAP S / 4HANA. The LFM will apply federal financial accounting expertise to lead data quality and validation efforts across complex financial domains and collaborate closely with both government stakeholders and MetaPhase's FSM Data Management team.
