Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 30am - 5 : 00pm

Compensation : $21.00 - $24.00 Hourly

OEM Calibration, Inc. specializes in providing the expertise and software needed to diagnose and calibrate vehicles according to OEM factory standards. We’re seeking tech-savvy, detail-oriented individuals, especially those with entry-level experience in coding, gaming, IT, or automotive technology, who are eager to apply and further develop their skills in a hands-on, high-tech automotive career.

As an Automotive Calibration Procedure Specialist The Automotive Calibration Procedure Specialist oversees ADAS calibrations and related vehicle programming. This role involves preparing quotes, scheduling jobs, obtaining customer approvals, and ensuring accurate, timely completion of all work. The specialist supports technicians, reviews completed calibrations, and communicates results to customers. Additional duties include reviewing body shop estimates, staying current on manufacturer procedures, and improving operational processes. Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail are key to success in this role.

Technology Knowledge

You bring computer and mobile device skills with the ability to quickly learn collision repair processes, terminology, and automotive technology. Additionally, you will need the ability to develop proficiency with OEM diagnostic scan tools, factory software, and essential software programs.

You bring sharp analytical skills to the table, spotting inconsistencies, troubleshooting in real time, and making smart, data-driven decisions. Your curiosity fuels your drive to learn and explore new automotive technologies, helping you grow continuously.

Requirements :

  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
