Exciting opportunity for an experienced primary care / geriatrics Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join this growing practice that specializes in Internal Medicine, Primary Care and Geriatrics. This provider is highly regarded in the community with an excellent reputation for quality care.

• Clinic is open Mon-Fri from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed for lunch)
• Scope of the practice includes : preventive medicine, treatment of chronic conditions, diabetes, hypertension
• Sees Ages 16 years and up
• Great administrative support with a tenured staff
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• 1-2 years of experience is strongly preferred
