IC CAD Engineer – Cadence / SiGe / CMOS

We are seeking a highly skilled EDA / CAD Engineer to join the Optical Modules Group (OMG) , focusing on SiGe and CMOS research & development .

This role is based onsite at client's Sunnyvale, CA office , with a hybrid schedule (3 days / week in office + meetings as needed).

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, customize, and support external vendor PDKs (SiGe & CMOS)
• Support custom IC and RF CAD environments for high-speed mixed-signal IC design (10–40 Gb / s)
• Lead development of design standards, CAD tools, and IC development processes
• Execute and support layout , archive , and tapeout processes
• Collaborate closely with internal design teams and support users on EPDA / CAD issues
