General Summary
Maintain pricing on over 400,00 parts and accessories based on company parts pricing strategies by segment to achieve parts sales margins and gross profit targets. Effectively track and communicate parts pricing and financial performance. Administer Parts Liaison department budget, purchases, payment requests (including vendor invoice validation), PR / PO creation, manual parts invoice creation, and receivables with fiscal responsibility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1st Priority - 35%
Maintain pricing systems, processes, and cost / price on over 400,000 parts and accessories based on company parts pricing strategies by segment to achieve sales margin and gross profit targets while assisting in the tracking and communication of performance against targets and while staying 100% K-SOX compliant
2nd Priority - 20%
Conduct internal and external part price comparisons to determine appropriate competitive pricing position.
3rd Priority - 20%
Administer Parts Liaison department budget, purchases, payment requests, including vendor invoice validation, PR / PO creation; manual parts invoice creation, and reimbursement requests to plants / HQ.
4th Priority - 15%
Monitoring overall financial performance of the Parts area through accurate P&L reporting to management and executives.
5th Priority - 10%
Miscellaneous support for corporate, field and dealer parts pricing inquiries and special projects in a timely and professional manner as requested.

Parts Pricing Specialist position requires the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and resolve numerous critical issues every day. This position will also require an ability to understand financial concepts (like margin% and gross profit) and systems concepts (database and system flow) to effectively perform and report on the areas this role impacts. This role requires someone who is independent and able to pro-actively take ownership of this critical financial role while working within set guidelines and controls.
