After Market Sales Coordinator

Staffmark is partnering with a leading organization in Corona, CA, currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented After Market Sales Coordinator to support their Sales and Engineering teams.

Pay : $20 - $23 per hour (based on experience)

Shift : 1st Shift | Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

What You'll Be Doing :

• Manage customer RFQs, inquiries, and quotes
• Process sales orders using the Vantage ERP system
• Coordinate with vendors on pricing, orders, and deliveries
• Collaborate with Sales, the Houston Service Shop, and internal teams on business and commercial issues
• Prepare and manage documentation, costing, and compliance with contracts and international regulations
• Conduct market research and prepare reports and presentations
• Participate in business improvement projects
