Key Responsibilities
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the CRM system
Manage data, customize features, and develop reports and dashboards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the CRM platform
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required
1+ years of experience as a CRM Engineer or in a similar role
Salesforce certification is preferred
