Day Shift 7am-3pm

Mid shift : 3pm-11pm

Night shift : 11pm-7am

Starting Wage : $19.35 - $21.35 Per Hour

$2500.00 Sign on Bonus!!

Your Role

Are you ready to take the next step in your career with Shearer's Foods LLC? We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled (Packaging Machine Operator) PMO to join our dynamic team.

As a PMO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of our products. You will conduct product quality tests, collect data, and utilize hand tools to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll need to be adaptable, as you'll be exposed to allergens, chemicals, extreme equipment, and temperatures. Your ability to multi-task, prioritize, and react to directions from quality assurance and management personnel will be key.

• Set up and operation of packaging equipment
• Run high speed automated equipment
• Follow precise recipes and work procedures
• Monitor and adjust variables
• Perform product quality tests and data collection
• Use of hand tools
