Assistant General Manager Qualifications :
5+ years in fine dining managementWine and sake knowledge, especially Japanese varietals.Proven leadership in high-volume, upscale restaurant settings.Strong guest service and financial management skills.Proficiency in restaurant software (e.g., Toast, Resy).Assistant General Manager Responsibilities :
