About The Position

Job Title : Respiratory Therapist

Profession : Allied Health

Specialty : Respiratory Therapy

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 12-hour Night Shift

Hours per Shift : 36

Experience : Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience

License : Current state licensure

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, RRT or CRT

Must-Have : IPPV / NIPPV ventilator experience

Description :

Provide respiratory care for patients of all ages.

Deliver care in a variety of settings, including Pediatric and Adult units.

Participate in the Resource Team, floating as required.

Maintain proficiency in the use of ventilators.

Support leadership and follow department protocols.

Work with electronic medical records.

Participate in weekend rotation every other weekend.

Be prepared to work approximately 75% of holidays.

Schedule adheres to a six-week cycle.

Scrub color is royal blue.

Floating between facilities may be required based on regional needs.

Travel time will be compensated when floating mid-shift.
