Midwest Bank is seeking a full time Customer Service Specialist to work in its Detroit Lakes, MN Office. Responsibilities in this position to provide excellent service to our customers by responding to customer issues with deposit products and services in a timely and accurate way. Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Actively provides referrals of potential customers to personal bankers, lenders and investment representatives. Hours of work will be Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior banking experience, superior multi-tasking ability, strong clerical skills, excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills and good organizational skills.

Salary Offered : $19.00 - $23.00 Hourly
