As Metis continues to grow, we are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be the firm’s first dedicated marketing hire; someone who will not only execute campaigns, but shape the firm’s marketing philosophy, establish scalable processes, and position marketing as a strategic growth driver.

Responsibilities of a Marketing Associate

At its core, the Marketing Associate role is about turning marketing into a true growth engine by designing programs, systems, and content that amplify Metis Strategy’s expertise and translate brand authority into measurable business impact.

Content & Campaigns

• Launch and manage multi‑channel campaigns across , email, and web.
• Collaborate with consulting teams and subject matter experts to transform insights into compelling, client‑facing narratives—including case studies, blogs, frameworks, and success stories.
• Repurpose consulting insights, case studies, and thought leadership into scalable assets such as articles, infographics, carousels, short‑form video, and social tiles.
• Draft, edit, and QA copy for emails, landing pages, social, and speaker / event promotions, ensuring brand voice and editorial quality.

This role is a chance to build something new. As the firm’s first full‑time marketing hire, you will have the opportunity to shape the systems, processes, and creative standards that define how Metis Strategy shows up in the market. You’ll own meaningful decisions, from message‑market fit to journey design, and see your work translate directly into executive engagement and revenue outcomes. In addition to individual professional growth, this role offers the unique opportunity to influence the trajectory of a growing consulting brand.

The standard base pay range for this role is $90,000 – $125,000 annually. This position is also eligible for bonus compensation. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, parental leave, family benefits, retirement contributions, paid time off, and more. Compensation and benefits are competitive and will be commensurate with each individual candidate’s qualifications and relevant work experience. Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is preferred.
