Key responsibilities for the Head of Digital Sales Platform include continuous analysis and optimization of platform performance, partnering with enterprise customers for smooth integration into procurement systems, and aligning pricing, product assortment, and messaging with the buying behavior of institutional and industrial customers. The role demands a leader with experience in B2B digital commerce, a strong understanding of MRO sales, and the ability to work across complex buyer groups and customer organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams, setting commercial targets, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver results. Financial and strategic acumen, as well as experience in franchise, licensee, or distributed models, are also highly valued.
