Overview
The Quant Trading team that is part of the Rates Trading division is looking to hire a 'book-runner'; the focus of the role is to supervise algorithms that trade the spectrum of linear interest rate products in North America. You will work closely with trading, sales, and quant research, ensuring the firm remains commercially successful and our client franchise is served with a continuous, consistent, and competitive offering. The trading algorithms are a critical component within the trading architecture. To retain our edge, it is necessary to enhance and optimize our trading engine with intelligence and technological advancement. As the 'pilot' supervising trading algorithms, you will be responsible to monitor live performance, provide real-time feedback of trading outcomes and dynamically adjust controls if realized performance diverges from expected outcomes.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $135,000 to $175,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
