A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Answer customer questions and assist with order placement and site navigation through phone, chat, and email

Resolve customer issues in a timely and friendly manner while developing rapport

Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and relay information to customers

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

One to two years of customer service experience preferred

Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills

Proficient use of computer and software applications (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Email)

Ability to telecommute with a quiet workspace and consistent internet connection
