What You'll Do :
Lead, coach, and mentor the hourly kitchen team to maintain high service and food quality standardsActively monitor food preparation to ensure adherence to recipes, portioning, and food safety protocolsOversee kitchen operations during shifts, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with sanitation standardsConduct line checks and oversee production to ensure seamless executionDevelop and train kitchen staff to build a strong talent pipeline and foster career growthManage financial aspects of kitchen operations to meet business goalsEnsure all kitchen documentation, recipe books, and training materials are up to dateMaintain kitchen equipment, furniture, and fixtures to keep everything in top working orderWhat We're Looking For :
