Moog's Corporate Group is looking for a Senior Compensation Manager to join our growing Rewards Team! In this strategic role, you will lead the full compensation cycle and oversee our job architecture. You'll manage pay structure development, policy alignment, and regulatory compliance while serving as a trusted advisor to HR partners and business leaders. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives on collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and building equitable, competitive compensation strategies.
You will work a hybrid schedule in East Aurora, NY.
As the Senior Compensation Manager, your key responsibilities will include
- Lead the annual compensation cycle, including budgeting, pay structure updates, and salary reviews
- Partner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate execution of pay review budgets and compensation programs
- Manage compensation data, tools, and systems to support pay cycle operations
- Maintain and enhance job architecture and salary structures
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning
- Advise business leaders on pay equity and job evaluation practices
- Monitor federal, state, and local laws to ensure compensation program compliance
- Conduct audits and reporting to support governance and regulatory adherence
- Collaborate with Legal and HR teams to address regulatory changes
- Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation strategy across HR and business functions
- Guide HR partners and leadership in compensation-related decision-making aligned with business goals.
- Support cross functional initiatives where compensation is a critical consideration or business driver.
- Develop and deliver training materials to educate HR, managers, and employees
- Communicate clearly on pay review processes and compensation policies
- Address inquiries regarding compensation and equity-related concerns

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferredSeven (7) or more years of experience in compensation, ideally in a global organization with progressive experience in compensation managementExpertise in compensation cycle administration, job architecture, and salary benchmarkingKnowledge of relevant labor laws, compliance requirements, and pay equity best practicesProficiency in HRIS systems, compensation analytics tools, and financial modelingExcellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skillsMust live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work on-siteHow We Care for You :

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
