A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Title Examiner in Colorado.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct complex searches and examinations of public land records for title insurability

Train and assist fellow commercial searchers in the examination process

Collaborate with the Underwriting Department for matters requiring review and approval

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience examining commercial title in Colorado

Deep knowledge of state and county recording statutes and title standards

Experience with search protocols and lien priority rules

Associates degree or equivalent experience (10 years) in a related field

Ability to work remotely and manage multiple tasks effectively
