We are looking for a Producer to join our Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office location. The Producer (Video, Photography, Audio) is responsible for scoping, defining, managing, assisting and lead implementation of each project from conception to completion as assigned by the Sr Executive Producer. Acting as one of the main contacts between all internal and external resources, the producer ensures that projects are well defined, completed on time and supporting documents are archived accordingly. The Producer’s primary overarching function is to take a project from the job start and kick off stage through final delivery including overseeing and managing the following functions as related to each specific project.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage video, photography, and audio projects from kickoff through final delivery — overseeing timelines, budgets, vendors, logistics, and on-site production.
  • Partner with Creative and Art Directors to translate concepts into actionable production plans that balance creative vision, feasibility, and budget.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, talent, and contractors, ensuring contracts, payments, and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Conduct location research, secure permits and insurance, and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards throughout production.
  • Oversee casting, talent releases, and all production-related documentation to ensure alignment with client requirements and company policies.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients, maintaining clear communication, presenting timelines and updates, and proactively managing expectations.
  • Track and reconcile production budgets, review vendor invoices, and partner with Finance on final project reconciliation.
  • Review final outputs to ensure quality, brand consistency, and alignment with creative intent; oversee asset delivery and archiving.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of studio workflows, tools, and best practices while staying current on industry trends and emerging production techniques.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience producing video, photography, and / or audio content within an agency, production studio, or in-house content team.
  • Proven ability to manage all phases of production — from pre-production through post-production — across multiple media formats.
  • Experienced in sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendors, talent, and contractors while maintaining budgets and timelines.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Collaborative and proactive partner skilled at working cross-functionally with creative, account, and project management teams to deliver on-brand, high-quality work.
  • Knowledge of broadcast and digital production standards, tools, and workflows, including cameras, lighting, audio, editing, and file delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills with keen attention to detail, professionalism under pressure, and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours as production schedules require.
